Kensington North subdivision, by Kinleigh Developments, will be made up of 95 single family homes on the west side of Modeland Road between Berger Road and Michigan Avenue. The subdivision will be constructed in three development phases beginning in 2023, with homes exclusively built by Bridlewood Homes.
